Call-out for action training
In the run up to the Camp, we need as many people as possible to feel fully prepared to take direct action and make a real difference. Passive consumption is a grim road to disaster so we need to get off that road now and take our future in our own hands. Practical, creative & teamworking skills are needed, humour and determination crucial, solidarity a must! Can you deliver Action Training where you live? If so, contact the Action Support group (actionsupport [at] climatecamp.org.uk) and let us know. Already running training courses? Let us know about it and we can offer support.
We currently know about trainings that will be happening in Bristol, London, Hebden Bridge, Liverpool, Leeds, Nottingham, Manchester, Oxford and Lancaster. If you wish to go to one of these please get in touch with the action support group (actionsupport[at] climatecamp.org.uk) and we will pass on the details.
There will probably be some action training going on at the Earth First! Summer Gathering.
