Facilitation

Our responsibilities and subgroups include:
- Process ; Making sure the whole process is on track, that meetings are happening and well facilitated, that jobs are been done, gatherings are happening etc
- Design and facilitate a process for decision-making for the site
- Communication ; Designing systems of communication between all the people and groups on site and the people off doing actions and the people on site.
- Welcome ; To introduce people to the camp and how it works, what the basic guidelines are and make people feel welcome.
- Follow up ; a group of people to seriously work on making sure this isn.t the end of the party and that a network of direct action on climate change continues after this.
- Organising meetings including space, food, accommodation, travel pooling, creche
