Workshops and Activities

The Workshops and Activities Group is organising most of the content of the camp - the workshops and discussions, the stalls and display area, and the entertainment in the evenings. We work closely together with the Action Support working group to make sure workshops and actions link into each other.
We are also producing the camp booklet which will contain all you need to know about the camp, how it works, tips for taking action and the programme.
In addition, some of us are creating materials on the causes of and solutions to Climate Chaos for the website, for use in discussions and workshops, and to inform actions.
Get involved!
We've split the work into several projects, such as programme co-ordination, alternative technology, kids/teenagers programme and the camp booklet. We've got a couple of people co-ordinating each project, but everyone contributes as they can.
We meet up once a month at the large organising meetings and sometimes we also have meetings in smaller groups. In between meetings we talk on the phone and communicate on our email list.

We are also looking for people who can run climate action related workshops or provide displays and non-commercial stalls at the camp. If you would like to run a workshop please fill in the Workshop offers form.
